Nadhirah is an economist in EU-ERA. She holds a Master in Economics from UPM and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UKM. At EU-ERA, she is a part of the Applied Labour & Development Economic division. Currently, she is focused on productivity research in Malaysia. In her research, she investigates how talent, technology, business environment, incentive’s structure and productive mindset can influence the labor productivity. She also interested in conducting an evaluation of government programs and initiatives related to the development economics, as well as assessing labor market policies.
