I am Shaf, Head of Administration, Strategic & Communication at the Center for Future Labour Market Studies (EU-ERA), with a passion for strategic corporate business trade and marketing. Graduated with honors from Universiti Putra Malaysia, I have gained valuable experience in the International commodity market, specializing in trade and marketing. I thrive on challenges and enjoy problem-solving, constantly seeking new ways to grow and learn. My dedication and hard work have led to significant roles as a Board Member of the Malaysian Rubber Board and a Board of Trustee at the Tun Abdul Research Center, Brickendonbury, UK. Additionally, I am honored to be one of the CSMO panel members representing Malaysia for IRCO (International Rubber Consortium Limited). Outside of work, I indulge in my love for travel and fishing. I strongly believe in making a positive impact on the world and strive to contribute my skills and knowledge towards creating a better tomorrow
